As you watch these sales videos, ask yourself the following:
Is it weird that neither presenter (Sandy Scheiris & Jason Scheiris) do not introduce themselves by name and their position in the company?
Is it weird that there is no reference to an office or even a website where one might be able to investigate the lots and construction services they are selling?
Is it weird that the production quality including the video editing and audio is very amateurish? Terrible actually!!
Is the hi-vis vest and hard hat just for show? It makes you wonder because if the presenter was so concerned about wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), why is he wearing running shoes? And I doubt very much that they are steel-toed running shoes.
As they’re advertising their land development and construction services, will they stick around to build the homes as well? Will they deliver on their promises completely?
According the information gathered from the public domain and marketplace, it appears they lack any kind of integrity and are very self serving.

Ps. According to our local, reliable sources, they are trying to sell worthless swamp in Yucatan that in the Summertime, will dry out and in Autumn (Fall) will flood which will produce a horrible smell.
